How ordering works

Every piece is handmade to order. Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp — we will discuss the piece, personalisation (name, date, colours), price and timing. The order is confirmed in the conversation.

Personalisation and timing

Pieces are personalised for your baby, so production time is agreed individually and depends on the studio workload. We send photos of the finished piece before shipping.

Payment and delivery

Payment and delivery methods are agreed in the conversation. We ship from Riga across Latvia, EU countries and to the United Kingdom.

Returns

Personalised pieces are made for a specific child and cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects — such cases are resolved individually and always in the client's favour.
