Who we are

Handmade SJ is a small handmade studio based in Riga, Latvia. The website hand-made.lv is our showcase: orders are discussed via messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp) and there are no online payments on the site.

What data we receive

If you contact us via the form or a messenger, we see your name, contact and message — used only to reply and discuss your order. Enquiries are stored in a closed admin area and are never shared with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

The site remembers your chosen language (hm_lang cookie) and your choice in the cookie banner (hm_consent). Analytics (Google Tag Manager) starts only after you press “Accept” — no trackers are loaded before that. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights

You may ask us to show or delete your data — message us on Telegram or WhatsApp using the contacts in the site footer and we will do so, no questions asked.
